Residential community expands with addition of 21 lots open to all builders
Hendricks Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the expansion of The Oaks residential community, Beloit’s premier subdivision for new construction. Open to all builders, the 21 additional lots will expand Rachel Terrace to the east and add Woodside Drive to the south.
