OUR FOUNDER
DIANE HENDRICKS
Diane Hendricks, Chairman, founded and established Hendricks Commercial Properties in 1974 in her hometown of Beloit, Wisconsin. With a passion for real estate and a drive to build a business, she set her goals on residential multi-family properties located in and around Beloit College. From starting out with the purchase of one multi-family building, rehabbing it, renting it and then managing the asset to be able to move on to the next property to purchase, her focus never wavered.
With a drive to never quit, even in the hardest economic times of the late 1970s and early 1980s to the most recent recession, Diane has stayed the course and continues to build Hendricks Commercial Properties into a world-class company.
