Mass Timber Development The Grain Adds Four New Tenants

Brunch, NONA Nutrition, RBC Wealth Management and Velvet & Tulle Boutique Opening in 2024 



DELAFIELD WI (December 11, 2023)Hendricks Commercial Properties announced today that four new tenants have signed leases at The Grain, Delafield’s first mass timber development located at 705 Genesee Street. Brunch Delafield, NONA Nutrition, RBC Wealth Management and Velvet & Tulle Boutique are slated to open in 2024

 

Brunch Delafield is a full-service restaurant specializing in breakfast and lunch fare with a modern twist. The upscale concept takes traditional breakfast items and evolves them to stay on trend while honoring classic dishes. This will be the second franchise run of the Milwaukee-based restaurant and its fourth location with the others located in Milwaukee, Brookfield and Cedarburg. 


NONA Nutrition is a one-stop shop for all this health and nutrition. Its café menu is comprised of acai smoothie bowls, smoothies and coffee drinks with an emphasis on using organic, high-quality, fresh ingredients. Nona also supplies nutritional supplements, super foods and other unique grocery items that help promote healthy lifestyles.  


RBC Wealth Management is a leading wealth management firm that provides financial planning, investment advice, and other services to individuals, families, and businesses. The firm has over $500 billion in assets under management and services clients in over 100 countries. 


Velvet & Tulle Boutique is a woman-owned women’s clothing store that carries clothing, jewelry, shoes, accessories and home décor. The boutique is located in Janesville, Wisconsin and is known for its unique selection of fashion-forward pieces. 


NONA Nutrition, RBC Wealth management and Velvet & Tulle Boutique plan to open in the west building of The Grain, while Brunch plans to open in the east building, both buildings are scheduled to open in 2024. These tenants join Synthetaic and Midwest Insurance Group, who signed on as tenants earlier this year.

A $25 million, two-building development, The Grain is pushing sustainable design forward in Lake Country using mass timber, a state-of-the-art construction method that combines solid wood panels and beams to create a strong, versatile structure. It will feature office, retail and restaurant space along with 125 combined surface and underground parking stalls.
