Acquired in April of 2024, we plan to transform the high-profile property to meet the evolving needs of the city, downtown residents, and visitors.
We are committed to investing in the future of Indianapolis and believe that a new vision for the Circle Centre Mall property will bring more vibrancy to the heart of the downtown area and also create new opportunities for economic growth and community engagement.
We are working closely with key stakeholders, the City of Indianapolis and the Indiana Economic Development Corporation to shape the vision for this transformative redevelopment. The project will include retail, office space and residential development with a focus on retaining and relocating many of the existing ground-floor restaurants. We will design restaurant, retail, and office space around the anchor tenants while also exploring the feasibility of multifamily.
Our goal is not to pioneer a new destination, but to elevate an existing one by creating a new pedestrian-only main street. This area, once the original main street of Indianapolis at the turn of the century, will be reimagined to create a vibrant, contemporary destination that stimulates growth, creates jobs and honors history.
