Diane Hendricks’s vision and support have created many award-winning projects, such as Hotel Goodwin, truk’t, the Phoenix Building Apartments, the Ironworks Hotel, Merrill and Houston’s Steak Joint, and Lucy’s #7 Burger Bar; all have been instrumental to this revitalization movement. The momentum continues to grow at the Beloit Ironworks Campus, which houses innovative, young and progressive businesses, like Comply 365, Acculynx, The YMCA and the newly constructed tech incubator Irontek. It also holds a global presence with corporations, like Kerry Ingredients and Rakuten. The revitalization has even rippled into the surrounding community with projects like the Eclipse Center and the Beloit Club.
