Wright & Wagner Lofts to debut in downtown Beloit

Residential community brings industrial modern living to city’s revitalized downtown

Located at the corner of Grand Avenue and Broad street in the heart of Beloit, the luxury lofts are within walking distance to the Ironworks Campus, popular restaurants, fitness facilities and entertainment, and close to a host of recreational opportunities, including the brand new riverfront stadium which will break ground this Spring.

Named after the Wright & Wagner Dairy that once stood on the site, design plans for the four-story building pay homage to the city’s blue-collar industrial roots by incorporating industrial elements throughout the building, including each of its well-appointed lofts.

Wright & Wagner Lofts will feature high-end finishes like stainless steel appliances, Delta fixtures and quartz countertops, along with private, contained parking. Heated garage parking and on-site storage units are available. Wright & Wagner Lofts are pet friendly.

“As we look to the future of Beloit, we are excited to bring a much-needed residential option for those seeking an urban lifestyle in the heart of the city,” said Rob Gerbitz, CEO of Hendricks Commercial Properties. “Wright and Wagner lofts offer modern living within walking or biking distance to some of the city’s greatest amenities.”

Construction for Phase One of the three-phase development is under way. For additional information about Wright & Wagner lofts or to inquire about leasing, visit https://www.wrightandwagner.com/.
