BELOIT, Wis. – Hendricks Commercial Properties (HCP) today presented a check in the amount of $105,000 to Rock County Cancer Coalition (RCCC), a local organization focused on reducing the financial burden of cancer patients within the Rock County community. HCP raised the funds at its annual Rockin’ the Greens golf play day at the Beloit Club in September.
“Rock County Cancer Coalition is an organization that’s close to our hearts. We fundraise and plan all year for this special event where our associates, partners and friends come together to support a common cause,” says Rob Gerbitz, president and CEO at Hendricks Commercial Properties.
Rock County Cancer Coalition Founder and Board President Bruce Thoms adds, “The money raised from this successful event will directly help cancer patients in the Rock County Community. RCCC is incredibly thankful for the support and kindness that Hendricks Commercial Properties shows to us every year.”
HCP has been putting on the Rockin’ the Greens fundraiser for six years. Since its incorporation in 2013, RCCC has supported more than 1,000 local cancer patients and raised almost $1 million through events, donations and grants.
