A public/private partnership between Hendricks Commercial Properties and the City of Beloit was envisioned to attract small to mid-sized industrial and distribution users, create jobs, and utilize local and regional educational resources that build community.  The 31.6-acre business park can accommodate multiple buildings encompassing over 400,000 sq. ft. of industrial and distribution space with easy access and visibility to I-39/90.
