Hotel Renegade

Ground-level retail/restaurant space uniquely situated on the corner of Grove and 12th Street within the new and highly anticipated, Hotel Renegade.

Hotel Renegade will awaken your inner rebel, indulge your adventurous spirit and satisfy your urge to explore. Hendricks Commercial Properties sister company, Geronimo Hospitality Group, will operate the eight-story hotel which will include 122 guest rooms and suites, along with an in-house restaurant, rooftop bar and 2,700 square foot event space with an 1,100 square foot outdoor patio. Construction is scheduled to complete in Spring of 2024.

The Linen Blocks on Grove Street, between 10th and 16th Streets, is uniquely situated between downtown Boise and surrounding neighborhoods to the west. The area has experienced two distinct transitions from its industrial roots. It has evolved from a working class, industrial neighborhood, to an automotive focused corridor with gas stations and repair shops some of which are still present today. Now the district is distinguished by its eclectic mix of local businesses, artists, shops, and sidewalk cafes on the west end of Grove, and numerous new developments on its east end.
