Tim is responsible for the identification, selection and coordination of all non-ABC real estate development activities for assigned projects in the Midwest. Tim performs site selection feasibility analyses, negotiates the acquisitions or leases, assists with project financing, and monitors real estate closing process. Tim maximizes investment return for all project portfolios. Tim is instrumental in facilitating HDG's many public/private partnerships with many government officials, utilizing his background as a former State Senator for Wisconsin.
Tim received his Bachelor's degree from Wheaton College in Wheaton, IL and MBA from UW- Whitewater, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Wisconsin.
