Having worked with Hendricks Development Group since 1998, Sue is responsible for Lease Administration and Management for the real estate portfolio that HDG manages which currently consists of approximately 718 Leases across the United States. As HDG's Asset & Development Managers negotiate Lease terms, Sue supports the process through the preparation and review of Lease documentation until execution is secured. In order to most effectively and efficiently manage Lease Administration activities, Sue has custom designed a real estate database which was tailored specifically to HDG's real estate portfolio and allows total flexibility in developing work tools and reporting formats. Sue is committed to providing quality service to all customers in the management of their Real Estate Leasing needs.
