Mark is responsible for the identification, selection and coordination of all non-ABC real estate development activities for assigned projects, primarily in the Wisconsin/Illinois Stateline area. Mark performs site selection feasibility analyses, negotiates the acquisitions and leases, assists with project financing, and monitors the real estate closing process. Mark maximizes investment return for all project portfolios.
Mark received his Bachelor's degree from West Point and his MBA from University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. Mark is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Wisconsin. Mark is currently working on his CCIM designation.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys playing basketball, running, and camping with his wife Jenny and 2 daughters. |
