Jim negotiates leases, purchase contracts, and oversees construction projects for all ABC Centers in the Eastern U.S. region. His main focus is to provide the best customer service for these ABC centers in the Northeast and Southeast Regions as it pertains to real estate. Jim is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Wisconsin and holds his CCIM certificate for Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate.
Jim spent 29 years in public service with the Beloit Fire Department with the last 9 years as the Fire Chief. Jim and his wife, Jan, have two grown sons and one beautiful granddaughter.
In his spare time, Jim enjoys playing golf, fishing, and teaching Disaster Management as an independent contractor for the Federal Emergency Management Agency under the Department of Homeland Security. |
