Jacquie's main responsibility is managing debt for the real estate portfolio. Jacquie is in charge of securing external financing for new acquisitions and restructuring current debt. She finalizes purchase agreements, negotiates loan agreements, coordinates bank closings, reviews tax assessments, and prepares sensitivity analysis studies on all items relating to debt management. Jacquie holds a BS degree in Finance, Investments and Banking from the UW-Madison and an MBA from Northern Illinois University, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Illinois.
In her spare time, Jacquie enjoys playing with her 2 young sons, spending time with family, scrapbooking, reading, and rollerblading. |
