Joni handles all duties related to Accounts Payable: including coding, entering and paying all invoices and mortgages spread over 27 separate portfolios. She maintains amortization schedules for all mortgages and keeps track of all real estate tax bills for the over 400 properties in these portfolios, and makes sure that they are paid in a timely manner. Joni assists the Development Accountant with job costing.
Joni has worked in the Accounting field for over 25 years in the Beloit/Janesville area. Joni received her Accounting Assistant certificate from Blackhawk Technical College.
Joni lives in Beloit with her husband, and has a grown son and daughter. In her spare time Joni enjoys cooking, baking, and antiquing. |
