Don is the real estate asset manager for all of the ABC Supply branches in the Midwest region and for ABC's affiliated companies: Town & Country Industries, American Slate Company, Amcraft Building Products Company, and American Construction Metals. Don manages the real estate for the following companies owned by Hendricks Holdings: Henry Technologies, Humane Manufacturing, Mulehide Manufacturing, Avid Pallet, Blackhawk Transport, Garick, and Granite Wireless.
Don is responsible for managing most multi-tenant properties owned by Hendricks Commercial Properties, Inc. nationwide, outside of the Beloit area. Don coordinates the real estate due diligence for all ABC and Hendricks-related company acquisitions.
Don received his Bachelor's degree from Blackburn College. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Wisconsin and is currently working on his CCIM designation. |
