Carol is responsible for assisting HDG’s Asset Managers in site selections, licensing and permitting, property acquisitions, leasing and purchasing real estate assets, due diligence, construction management, and project scheduling. Carol has 10 years of experience in the corporate environment managing bid submittals, legal documentation, contract reviews, and customer service. She holds an Associate Degree from MATC, is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Wisconsin, and is a Notary Public. Carol lives in Janesville with her husband Fred and daughter, Kimberly.
In her spare time, Carol enjoys antiques, Victorian homes, golf, and is a member of the Master Gardeners of Janesville Rotary Gardens. |
