HDG bought this property from a neighboring Beloit manufacturing company to house two other Hendricks-affiliated companies: Mule-Hide Products Co., Inc. and Amcraft Building Products Co., Inc.
This 100-year-old facility was actually two adjoining buildings sitting at different elevations. The second floor of one building was actually removed and the two buildings were blended beautifully to create this high-end office building.
