This building was built in the early 1900's and was owned by a manufacturing company in Beloit, near ABC Supply Co. Inc. The neighboring company wanted to downsize it's campus, and Hendricks Development Group bought the building in 2002. After researching the original use of the building, it was discovered that it was used as the gymnasium.
The building was renovated for use as ABC Supply Co.'s employee gymnasium and work-out center. Included in the build-out were new locker rooms, a running track, a weight training room, and a basketball court with the original gym floor. HDG now leases this building to ABC Supply Co. Inc. ABC employees are able to utilize this beautiful, air-conditioned gymnasium and fitness center 24-hours a day during non-working hours.
The ABC gym is also utilized as an employee meeting center, equipped with state of the art audio visual equipment, for large ABC meetings.
