Diane Hendricks, Chairman, founded and established Hendricks Commercial Properties in 1974 in her hometown of Beloit, Wisconsin. With a passion for real estate and a drive to build a business, she set her goals on residential multi-family properties located in and around Beloit College. From starting out with the purchase of one multi-family building, rehabbing it, and renting it and then managing the asset to be able to move on to the next property to purchase, her focus never wavered.
With a drive to never quit, even in the hardest economic times of the late 1970's an early 1980's to the most recent recession, Diane has stayed the course and continues to build Hendricks Commercial Properties into a world class company.
Today, almost 40 plus years later, the company has evolved into a national commercial real estate firm with 65 employees and properties located in 33 states, totaling over 11 million square feet. While the firm still has Class A multi family real estate assets, its largest asset class is industrial and its fastest growing is mixed use commercial. Her drive and her passion to continually invest and own Class A real estate has not changed.
With a strong commitment to her local community, Diane firmly believes in giving back to that that has given so much to her and her family. She is a major supporter of education, the arts, women's initiatives, personal advancement and economic development.
