Larry Evinger – Senior Vice President of Asset Management

Responsible for managing and directing the Asset Management Team in overseeing their designated regions and portfolios. In addition, responsible for the development of annual property operating budgets, expense management, Pro-forma analysis, and other financial goals.

Responsible for creating and managing detailed construction budgets, establish schedules to ensure that project benchmarks meet or exceed comparable industry standards. Ensures compliance - design standards are met, reviews and approves project draws.

Casandra Mory – Controller

Supervision of monthly closing process, quarterly and annual client billing, collection of accounts receivable, supervising of accounts payable, monthly preparation of financials, annual audit preparation, budget preparation and annual tax preparation of all tax materials.
