As the real estate development arm of ABC Supply Co. Inc., HDG's expertise assists ABC achieve their aggressive growth objectives. ABC Supply Co. Inc. currently has 375 sites across the continental U.S. and Hawaii. HDG's Asset Managers work with ABC's Regional Teams to identify prime market areas and find ways to achieve these goals through creative real estate solutions. This process includes everything from site selection and real estate purchases, to managing the construction of a new ABC center.

The other side of HDG's real estate development business is with our numerous non-ABC projects. Clients have discovered our ability to implement successful real estate programs in the commercial, Brownfield, industrial, mixed-use, and residential markets. The HDG team realizes that your time is valuable and we are here to deliver outstanding personal service with courtesy, creativity and consistency. HDG manages 690 leases; 465 of these are ABC-related leases, which is roughly 15 million sq. ft. of ABC centers throughout the U.S.  That leaves 225 non-ABC leases which are primarily Wisconsin/Illinois Stateline area commercial properties.  These are the companies for which Ken & Diane Hendricks find Beloit-area homes which in turn leads to the creation of jobs for the community.  ABC has 398 centers throughout the U.S.
